Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States. Testing is not available to residents of New York, New Jersey or Rhode Island, and you must be 18 or over to order.

Cost. Shipping is free. There is no delivery charge on any test, and the return envelope inside your kit is already prepaid — you will not need a stamp.

How long delivery takes. Kits are dispatched by Economy post and typically arrive within 5–8 business days of your order. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.

Returning your sample. Your kit contains a prepaid return envelope. Post it back once you have collected your sample. Laboratory turnaround begins when your sample reaches the lab; timings are confirmed in your order email.

Tracking. If tracking is available for your shipment we will email it to you. For any question about a delivery, email info@checkgenetics.com with your order number.

Wrong or damaged deliveries. If your kit arrives damaged or with missing components, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it at no cost.

Address accuracy. Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a kit once it has been dispatched, though we will always try to help.
